I've been doing some brainstorming and maybe, just maybe, it's time to bring the pay-per-view to our episode format. In the old FWF, we'd have three "television" shows followed up by a PPV event. This time around, I'm thinking every 5th episode could be a special event. This would not take away from the significance of our regular BATTLE CARNIVAL episodes, but it does mark some accomplishment to reach those landmarks like BC10, BC15, BC20 (if we're so fortunate).
So please, I'd like to hear your thoughts on this topic. Specifically, I'd like to hear some names for this special event. Also, what can be done to make this show as unique and exciting as possible? Do we do an entire show of survivor series matches? An entire show of stipulation matches?
I like the idea of a PPV because it would give me a target to shoot for to settle feuds or even start a arc.
I like the idea of a survivor series. How about having a theme for each PPV? For example (stealing some names from the WWE), the Survivor Series PPV would focus on a group of survivor series matches, a summer time PPV would focus on a beach theme, and a milestone PPV like Ep 25, 50, 27, 100, etc would be like Wrestlemania.
Speaking of gimmick matches, what was that match the WCW use to do?
Wrestlers come into the ring at timed intervals. Three levels of wrestling rings/cages. each ring/cage was encased in chain link fencing. Each ring/cage got smaller each level up. The only way to go up to the next level was through a ladder (or something like that). The title belt hung from the top ring/cage. To win the match, a wrestler had to get the belt and walk out the cage door on the bottom ring.
This was back in WCW's Goldberg days but I've never seen this match since.
This could be a nice but complicated match to write as a main event.
Some ideas I threw out with Ed....a Survivor Series PPV (with a possible mix of writers girls...endless possibilities).
A King of the Ring style PPV.
Royal Rumble match
Or a WCW Uncensored/WWE One Night Stand show...every match has some sort of gimmick attached (2/3 falls, ladder, Hardcore, etc.)
Using a wrestlers from a number of writers always makes things interesting. It's great to see how someone else uses our girls and keeps things from getting stale.

I think you're talking about that triple cage deal, with the disasterous DDP/Jarret/actor who shall never be mentioned agin match.
What SHOULD be brought back is the old school War Games matches.
TNA has their "King of the Mountain" PPV at their anniversary time in June. With that in mind, how about a "Queen of the Mountain" PPV?
Forget what I said about the triple cage match. THAT is the biggest cluster**** in all of wrestling. Of course, this also coming from the company that brought us the Feast or Fired pole match, and the Reverse Battle Royal. God TNA sucks
C'mon jabronies! I give you guys "Battle Carnival" and I get... "Grand Slam" and "Doomsday" in return??
Seriously though, what kind of format should this special event have? Do we want to follow a strict layout like Survivor Series, Royal Rumble, or King of the Ring? Or, since this event happens 1 time every 5 shows, limiting it to 2-3 a year, do we leave it open for all stipulations?
I'll admit I do like the idea of seeing a survivor series match with all the potential combinations to work with. Girls from separate feuds being banded together would be interesting. Of course, I understand if not everyone likes to write those matches. i.e. Elimination chambers are a whole lot of fun also.
Hey Rockfresh, just because you name a PPV "Queen of the Mountain" doesn't mean you have to follow the exact stipulations of the actual "King of the Mountain" PPV.
You guys seem to agree for the most part that Elimination Chambers and Survivor Series type matches are interesting and fun but you could conceivably still call it "Queen of the Mountain." Just sayin'...
Summer event, where the entire show is hosted on a readymade stadium/arena on the a beach, a semi circle facing the ocean with the ring in the center. Everyone wrestles barefoot and in bikini.
